Mr. Mike Winslow

Mr. Winslow was born in Murray, Utah. He moved to Cedar City, Utah when he was 8 and lived there until he moved to St. George after college.

Mr. Winslow went to college at Southern Utah University and received a Bachelors of Science in Music Education, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

Mr. Winslow began teaching at Fossil Ridge Intermediate School the first year the school was open – 2004. He started playing the trombone in 6^th grade and it is still his favorite instrument. He loves band and loves teaching students to appreciate and play good music. Mr. Winslow met Mrs. Winslow at college. They have two children – Tyson and Julianna.

Mrs. Hayley Winslow

Mrs. Winslow was born in Sacramento, California and moved to Bountiful, Utah when she was in high school. She went to Southern Utah University in Cedar City to receive her Bachelors of Science in Music Education. During her time at SUU, she played trumpet in the auditioned Olympic Spirit band for the 2002 Olympics. She is the trumpet player for the Utah Shakespearean Festival pit orchestra. She now teachers band and choir at Fossil Ridge and, above all, loves being a mom to Tyson and Julianna.
